Terms of service

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between [to complete: legal entity name] (“Reoffer”, “we”) and the business that creates a Reoffer account (“you”). “Your customers” means the people who subscribe to your product and reach an offer page you run on Reoffer. Creating an account, or connecting Stripe, means you accept these terms.

1. The service

Reoffer hosts offer pages for subscription businesses. A page can ask your customers why they are leaving, show them an offer you set up, and record what happened. If you connect Stripe and switch automatic offers on, Reoffer can also make the accepted change to the customer’s subscription in your Stripe account.

Before any billing change, the customer is shown what will change (the amount, how long it lasts and when normal billing returns) and has to confirm it. Without that confirmation, nothing is changed.

2. Your account and plan

  • You must give accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan sets how many products you can run and how many reoffers are included, as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
  • You can cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.

3. Connecting Stripe

  • You connect your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. We store the connected account’s ID and the permissions granted. We do not store your secret keys or an access token.
  • To decide which offer applies, Reoffer reads the customer, subscription, product and price that a cancellation concerns.
  • The changes Reoffer can make are the ones you configure: a percentage discount for a set time, one free billing cycle, a pause of payment collection, or cancelling the subscription when the customer confirms they want to leave.
  • Stripe stays your payment processor. Reoffer never sees or stores card details.
  • You can disconnect at any time from Stripe or from Reoffer. Automatic changes stop immediately. Records of past sessions and confirmations stay, so you can still account for them.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The offers you create: their terms, their wording, and keeping them honest and lawful where your customers live.
  • Honouring every discount, free cycle and pause your page offers, and handling your own pricing, tax, refunds and customer support.
  • Telling your customers what they need to know about your product and its billing, including any notice your local consumer law requires.
  • Keeping the Stripe permissions Reoffer needs, and your return links and support address, up to date.
  • Testing offers in Stripe test mode before switching them on for live customers, and checking failed changes in your dashboard.

5. What happens after an offer is accepted

  • Reoffer records the customer’s confirmation, asks Stripe to make the change, and marks it applied only when Stripe confirms it.
  • If Stripe refuses or does not respond, the change is not reported as made, and the customer can try again or carry on cancelling.
  • Discounts and pauses end as described in the offer, and normal billing resumes on its own.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Reoffer to:

  • Mislead customers, hide the way to cancel, or make cancelling harder than your law allows.
  • Make or attempt billing changes the customer has not confirmed, or that go beyond what you configured.
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the service, or access another account’s data.

We keep an audit trail of billing actions and may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Reoffer available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Reoffer depends on Stripe, our hosting and other providers listed on the subprocessors page. We may change or improve features. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you first.

8. Suspension and ending

  • If your plan ends or payment fails, dashboard access stops and we may stop serving your offer pages.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other accounts at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
  • You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@reoffer.com. We delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. No promise of results

Reoffer helps you present offers and keep an accurate record. It does not promise that any customer will stay, or that any future payment will succeed.

10. Liability

Reoffer is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost revenue, or for outcomes caused by your offer settings, your Stripe account or a third-party outage. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by [to complete: governing law], and disputes go to [to complete: dispute venue]. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and email you about material changes.
